Review: Unwrapping the Names of Jesus

`Unwrapping the Names of Jesus` is a devotional written especially for Advent. It is written by author Asheritah Ciuciu and celebrates a different name of Jesus each day including King of Kings, Lamb of God, and Light of the World.

This book could be used in a family setting, church setting, or any group setting. Each week focuses on a different theme:  Hope, Preparation, Joy, and Love. At the end of each chapter, there are fun family activities to do. One of my favorites is in week four. It suggests going to a laundromat and taping four quarters to a washing machine or dryer so the next person in line can use them for their clothes.

I was drawn to this hardback book by the beautiful cover. Also, any scripture references used are from the New International Version Bible (NIV) unless otherwise stated. I have several NIV Bibles so that translation is very familiar to me.
