Review: Unsinkable Faith

`Unsinkable Faith` is Christian Living/Woman's Issues book written by author Tracie Miles. Tracie Miles is a national speaker with Proverbs 31 Ministries.

I believe the thesis of this book is, `Just because life is hard doesn't mean your heart and mind have to become hardened, you can overcome a pessimistic mindset. As far back as I can remember I have had a negative mindset. However, Tracie wrote this book so readers could experience freedom from chronic negativity.

Tracie suggests the reader use a journal to place your thoughts to questions asked in each chapter. It can be your own personal journal or you can purchase one at Tracie's website ( Tracie also lists positive memory verses for the reader to ruminate on while reading the book, and after.

This book has a topical approach to changing your outlook on life. The author covers the subject thoroughly and adequately. She covers all aspects of the subject in a balanced way. The benefit I received from reading this book is to see myself in a positive light and begin to think more positively..

This book would be great individually or done in a small group study, no more than 5-6 ladies in a group so everyone has a chance to share.
