Review: Love One Another

`The Berenstain Bears Love One Another` is written in short sentences, just right for the early reader. Every page is hardback so very young children can have their own copy. This organization is sufficient for the story. The author is Mike Berenstain whose Berenstain books are very popular.

`Love One Another` is written in imagery to help make the story come to life. When brother asked if  they could eat the muffins it opened the door for moma bear to explain that these were made for a friend who recently had twins. `This is one way to show love`, she says. After that brother and sister bear helped around the house to show their love for their family.

Since this book is about loving one another the reader can understand that from the cover, with hearts and a huge family hug.The primary medium is colorful drawings used in the illustrations. An element that is repeated throughout the majority of the story is brother and sister helping (ex. setting the table, helping in the yard).

The main problem that the main character faced is he wanted to eat the cookies. But, this problem was quickly alleviated when mom asked them if they remember their Sunday School lesson on loving others. The he sought out other ways to help.
