Review: Honor Redeemed

`Honor Redeemed` is a historical romance book written by Christine Johnson. The setting is Key West, 1852. This is the second novel in the Keys of Promise series. The female protagonist is Prosperity Jones. The purpose of this book is to entertain. My favorite character is Prosperity Jones because she is strong-willed, optimistic and vibrant.
The scene between Prosperity, David and Dr. Goodenow was exceptionally written. This was a page-turning, intense reading novel. It kept me guessing how things would turn out. For instance, who was the mysterious man riding in the carriage with Prosperity. I assume it was her fiance, David. But I don't think the book ever told.
I recommend this book to fans of historical romance.

When not writing, she loves to hike and explore God's majestic creation. These days, she and her husband, a Great Lakes ship pilot, split their time between northern Michigan and the Florida Keys.
