Review: CSN Online Stores

Image
I recently received this Skyway Sigma 2 expandable packing case from CSNStores for review. I needed a medium size case for short trips, and this one suited my needs. My husband and I recently took an overnight trip to a nearby city. I was immediately impressed with the quality of construction. My husband and I packed our clothing and personal items into the case with plenty of room to spare. There would probably be sufficient room for one person to pack 3 days clothing and personal care items. The quality is very good for the price. The case has multiple zippered compartments, a strong handle and well designed wheels. It is easy to pull on smooth and moderately rough surfaces. I would like to see a greater variety of colors ( it comes in black, indigo and mountain green ), perhaps a design with contrasting piping. As I mentioned, there are multiple zippers, and they appear to be of good quality. Overall, I am very satisfied with this case and I would recommend it to my friends.

1. Did you know there is a National Day of pretty much everything in the universe? February 23 happens to be National Inconvenience Yourself Day...when was the last time you were inconvenienced?
A- Having only one vehicle is a big inconvenience. However I praise God that we do have a vehicle.

2. When a room in your house needs painting who does the job?
A- My hubby does the painting.

3. Are you friends with your cousins?
A- At one time I was friends, more like acquaintance,  with a few of them. Now we live too far away. Generations of hurt feelings between the families has dwindled down which has made it hard to be close.

4. Do you use an alarm clock? If yes-is it an actual alarm, music, or something else?
A- Yes, it's an actual alarm.

5. What do you put ketchup on?
A- Hamburgers, french fries, sometimes eggs.

6. What smells make you nostalgic?
A-I can't think of any right now.

Price: $13.99
Format: Trade Paperback
ISBN: 9781601420091
Release: 5/5/2009
Fiction/Contemporary

This is Robin Jones Gunn eighth book in her sisterchick series. I have read four others in this series and looked forward to reading this fun Christian chick-lit. It is endorsed by several authors including Karen Kingsbury and Tricia Goyer.
As we begin the story Summer is listening while the medical assistant informs her the test result is abnormal and a biopsy is needed. Despite hearing the results she has plans to go to Holland to visit Noelle, her pen pal for the past forty years.
With each sisterchick book I read I ask myself, "Is this book really fiction?" Robin has a way of pulling the readers into the novel as if we are actually living it. I think of friends I would love to go on an adventure with.
This story filled me with compassion, I was eager to listen as they talked, and a vicarious participant as they tra…

1. What is more important-doing what you love or loving what you do?
A-  I think they are one and the same. If your not enjoying what you do it will become drudgery.

2. Do you like bleu cheese?
A- Although there are times I've eaten it, it's not my favorite.

3. What is the most difficult emotion for you to handle?
A- Fear, of what may or may not happen.

 4. Fresh flowers or a box of chocolate?
A- Well I like both. However, The flowers would die and the chocolates eaten.
So if I'm getting either for Valentine's I prefer chocolate with nuts.

5. What's a song you love that has the word 'love' in its title?
It doesn't have to be a 'love song'.

6. Are you the person you wanted to be when you grew up?
A- Not all that I wanted. However, among other things,  I wanted to be married with kids and I am that.

7. Any special Valentines Day plans?
A- Not that I know of.

8. Insert your…

1. Would you rather be seen as a person who did their duty or forged their own path?
A- I'm not sure which I am seen as, but I would say I forged my own path. Because of that I have had to pull myself up  by my own bootstraps more than once.

2. This week's Wednesday Hodgepodge happens to fall on Groundhog's Day. In keeping with that theme, if you could have a do-over of any one day out of the last seven, which day would it be and why. If you haven't seen the movie Groundhog Day this question will make absolutely no sense but that's okay....you can answer anyway.
A- I would love to have another day with my girl-friend where we laughed and cried. She works nights as a nurse so I don't get to see her very often. When we are together we are able to pick up right where we left off.

3. Hot cocoa...yay or nay on the marshmallows?
A- Marshmallows..Yay...Yay...Yay
